We offer three ways to pay for your loft conversion, your options are listed below:

Option One – Cash Buyer

Our simple loft payment schedule allows you to pay for stages as the loft conversion progresses. There are a total of eight separate payments throughout the build. All of these payments are funded by yourself if no finance is required.

Payment One: Design Stage Payment

Payment Two: 10% on commencement of scaffolding being erected

Payment Three: 15% when we order the materials

Payment Four: 20% on commencement of the floor structure

Payment Five: 20% on the commencement of the dormer structure

Payment Six: 15% on the commencement of the 1st fix electrics and plumbing

Payment Seven: 10% on the commencement of plastering

Payment Eight: Balance upon completion of the works we have agreed to

Option Two – Buy Now, Pay Later

Payment One: Design stage: Funded by yourself, once you decide to proceed with SkyLofts and this is to be paid in full at the time of accepting our terms of business.

Payment Two: Loft structure stage: 50% of this cost is funded by yourself once we have completed our final decision meeting for your loft conversion

Finance Payment Three: Loft structure completion stage: Defer the payment of up to 50% of your loft structure for up to 12 months after completion with our Buy Now Pay Later Option*. With extra ‘peace of mind’ because the funding options are protected by the Consumer Credit Act, meaning your deposit and guarantee are safeguarded. A signed satisfaction note will be required by you, once the Building Inspector has signed off and confirmed structural completion and this has been received by SkyLofts.

Payment Four: Commencement of first fix stage: Funded by yourself once we are ready to instruct the electricians and plumbers to fit out your loft conversion

Payment Five: Commencement of plastering: Funded by yourself, once we are ready to book in the plasterers

Payment Six: Balance upon completion: Funded by yourself, once we have completed everything that we have agreed to

*If this is not paid back within 12 months then you begin to make repayments by Direct Debit over 120 months at a deferred interest rate of 24.9% representative APR.

Option Three – Deferred and Preferred

Payment One: Design stage: Funded by yourself, once you decide to proceed with SkyLofts and this is to be paid in full at the time of accepting our terms of business.

Payment Two: Loft structure stage: 50% of this cost is funded by yourself once we have completed our final decision meeting for your loft conversion

Finance Payment Three: Loft structure completion stage: Spread the cost of up to 50% of your loft structure over either 60 months at 4.9% representative APR or 120 months at 5.9% representative APR and also have 3 months before you need to make your first payment. You can also settle within that period and no other interest or charges will apply. With extra ‘piece of mind’ because the funding options are protected by the Consumer Credit Act, meaning your deposit and guarantee are safeguarded. A signed satisfaction note will be required by you, once the building inspector has signed pff and confirmed structural completion and this has been received by SkyLofts
