As a fast growing loft conversion company in Surrey, Hampshire and South West London, SkyLofts are always looking for fully skilled tradesman with extensive experience within the loft conversion industry. The applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience of converting lofts and must have their own van, tools and professional indemnity insurance to reflect the work that you will be carrying out. It is critical that you know how to manage client expectations though-out a typical loft building project.

Our ideal candidate would be:

  • Polite with a calm attitude towards building customer relationships
  • Have quality as their primary objective throughout all work that is carried out
  • Expected to carry out the loft conversion within a set time period
  • Required to manage the expectations of the customer and report to the office with frequent updates on a weekly and day by day basis
  • Responsible for the management of the specialist trades and building control inspections throughout the projects

A full UK driving license is required on application

 

CAD Professional – Apply Now

A full time role 5 days per week with the working hours of 8:30am-5:30pm

Our ideal candidate would be:

  • A recent graduate
  • Experienced in C.A.D
