Stuart began his journey in the construction of loft conversions over 12 years ago and has developed a huge amount of experience and knowledge over this vast period of time. Stuart deals with the general management and direction of the business. He takes great pride in our customer journeys.
Our loft construction teams are highly skilled in ensuring that your project runs smoothly from start to finish. All our teams adhere to the high standards of SkyLofts and are always on site and available to answer any questions our cutsomer have during their project. Loft team leaders over see daily quality control checks, keep in contact with our customers and ensure the site is left tidy at the end of each working day.
Emma is responsible for our customers journey throughout the build process. She works closely with our on site loft fitters and has a wealth of experience within the loft conversion industry. Emma will be in contact with our customers from the start of the project all the way through to visiting at the end with a small thank you for your business. Emma will provide day to day support for you and will continuously provide project management from within the office.
Megan is responsible for our customers journey throughout the pre-build process. She will be in contact with our customers from the point of contracting SkyLofts up until they are ready to commence works. Megan has vast knowledge in the planning sector and will assist you through every step of the way to ensure that all of the required boxes are ticked ready for you to commence works on your loft conversion.
Mike is responsible for operations and logistics for each loft that SkyLofts undertake. He manages the initial set up of the site before your team start and manages the materials and logistics right through until completion. Mike is often on site each week and is available to assist our customers in any day to day questions that they may have ensuring the building process runs smoothly.
Roy’s primary responsibility is to introduce SkyLofts to many of our customers prior to deciding to proceed with us. He will personally listen to your expectations and desires to make sure that your new loft is being designed to meet your every requirement whilst suggesting other ideas that will get you thinking about the space, enhancing the design and value as if it was his own home.
Ross is responsible for the design and architectural aspect of our loft conversions from within house. Ross is one of the first faces that many of our customers will see as he carries out the initial non intrusive design survey. Ross will then return to the office and work on designing the best space possible for your loft conversion. Ross also have a degree in interior design.
Adam is responsible for the management of the sales department. He ensures that our customers journey with SkyLofts is of the highest standard as soon as the first contact has been made. Adam also works on establishing, maintaining and expanding our customer base. He also works closely with our Company Director keeping our pricing competitive.
Craig provides support to our on site teams on a day to day basis and has involvement with the logistics of each loft conversion that we undertake. He also assist our During-Build Manager to ensure all our clients have the best experience possible.
Hannah is responsible for introducing SkyLofts to new potential clients. Hannah will personally listen to your requirements and reasoning behind needing a loft conversion to make sure that your new loft is being designed to meet your family’s every need.
Maddie is responsible for following up all quotations and keeping in contact with our potential clients as well as arranging appointments, managing the Consultant’s diaries and supporting our Sales Manager
Rob takes ownership of the development of SkyLofts marketing and commercial strategy, ensuring that each division of the company is aligned to best achieve its objectives. Rob is responsible for lead generation and yearly marketing plans.
Becky assists the Pre-Build department with administration and provides support to our in house design team. She follows up on all current council applications & arranges for plans to be checked by Building Control prior to any works commencing on site.
