Mehul and Neema from Southwood, Farnborough started looking into having a loft conversion back in October 2013, with Shreea’s ever growing toy collection and second child on the way they needed extra space. Time was against them to complete the building work before the new baby arrived in March and after looking into several companies they decided to proceed with SkyLofts.
After Skylofts obtained a certificate of lawfulness from the council to proceed with their loft conversion, the building work began in January 2014 and took five weeks to complete, a few weeks before Anaya was born. Mehaul and Neema gained a master bedroom and en-suite in their loft, which just a few months before was an unused space, whilst avoiding the cost of moving and increasing their homes value.
